The Xiaomi Phone 2 has just been unveiled and it’s equipped with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
The Mi2 comes with goodies like a 28nm, 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor and pairs it with a healthy 2GB of RAM. 16GB of internal storage provides plenty of space to get you started, and microSD expansion gives you room to grow your media collection. There’s a 2MP front-facing camera and an 8MP back-illuminated F/2.0 rear-facing camera which can be flicked through on the Mi2′s 4.3-inch 1280×720 IPS display.
Wireless connectivity features abound, from 802.11 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 to WiFi Display and WiFi Direct support. There’s also an MHL connector for those times when you want to plug in to a larger display and there are the HSPA and radio.
The 2000mAh stock battery is not very substantial but can offer solid stand-by and talk time. The big deal is that this device is priced at only $310.
