Samsung has launched the long awaited Galaxy Note 10.1 smartphone on Tuesday. The luxurious product of the South Korean tech giant is going to be released in the USA, South Korea and the UK within a week, said the mighty contender of Apple.
The released Samsung smartphone features a 10.1-inches touch screen, almost five inch wider than the earlier version of its Note. Moreover, splitting the screen in half users will be able to view two programs at once on this Google’s Android powered smartphone .
In a statement, JK Shin, the chief of Samsung’s mobile unit, said “The advanced technology and features included in Galaxy Note 10.1 give users the power to produce, create and customise communications.”
Because of its huge size, the released Galaxy Note 10.1 is being called a mini tablet PC.
“Size-wise, the new product (Galaxy Note 10.1) is nearly a tablet PC,” said a Samsung spokesperson.
