Social giant Facebook users around the world will soon be able to edit their Facebook status, message and caption without deleting the complete one, said Facebook’s product manager Vadim Lavrusik at a journalism conference.
“On Facebook, you can edit captions and you can edit comments. You can infer what we will do next,” said Lavrusik about the long awaited move.
“I can tell you that users have asked for [the ability to edit status] a lot, and a lot of times that’s how we develop things,” added Lavrusik.
At present, users are to delete their post and repost later with the change done.
