South Korean multinational conglomerate company Hyunday is going to launch its tablet computer production in Russia. The company headquartered in Seoul will start selling its products from coming autumn.
“We are preparing to start sales at the Russian market (in September). We signed the first distribution agreement with Tekhnotreid firm last week and we are looking for other distributors,” said a Hyundai spokesperson.
According to the spokesman, the company will manufacture two seven-inch tablet models, one model with 9.7 inch screen and one with 10.1 inch screen from the production house.
Russian users have to spend around 7,000 rubles (USD 213) to 12,000 rubles (USD 365) to have Hyundai products.
